K-1 Visa. Timeline: 6-9 Months
The K-1 nonimmigrant visa is for the foreign-citizen fiancé(e) of a US citizen. The K-1 visa allows the foreign fiancé(e) to travel to the US to marry his or her US citizen sponsor within 90 days of arrival.
Foreign spouse has been legally married to a U.S citizen for less than 2 years will receive a CR1 Visa. If the couple has been married for more than two years, will receives the IR1 Visa.
The IR2 Visa is a Family-Based, US immediate relative visa / Green Card for who are unmarried minors under the age of 21 who are the children of the citizens of the United States who lives abroad.
IR-3 visa: After adoption is completed abroad; parent physically observe the child prior/during the adoption proceedings. IR-4 issued to the child coming to us to be adopted
The F3 visa is a Family Based Green Card that allows US citizens to bring their adult children living in other countries to the US. Additionally, the spouse and minor children.
The F4 visa is a Family Based Green Card that allows US citizens to bring their adult siblings living in other countries to the US. Additionally, the spouse and minor children.
The IR5 visa is the parents of US citizens who are at least 21 years old. It gives them the opportunity to live and work in the U.S. Good news is: It does not have an annual cap or limit and no long wait
