Can H-1B Visa holder work multiple jobs in the United States?

Full-time employment with a single employer is the most typical type of H-1B visa employment in the United States. The rules do, however, allow "concurrent employment." This means that, under certain conditions, an H-1B worker may be employed by more than one company. The term "Concurrent H-1B" refers to an H-1B petition that was submitted to allow the H-1B employee to hold both his current H-1B employment and a second job concurrently.
