By emailing our Customer Care Center at hello@immigrationservice.com.com, we feel that customer issues can be rapidly addressed. We each undertake to address such disagreements through binding arbitration or in small claims court, rather than in a court of general jurisdiction, if immigrationservice.com is unable to resolve your complaint to your satisfaction (or if we are unable to resolve a dispute with you following informal attempts). A court case is more official than arbitration. Arbitration minimizes discovery and is subject to very little judicial review since it substitutes an impartial arbitrator for a judge or jury. Class arbitrations and class lawsuits are not permissible; any arbitration under this Agreement must be conducted on an individual basis.
